Cover    Hirsch, in his latest book, reports on the "Perfect Storm" of bad educational beliefs that are harming the education of millions of American children.  Read on to see direct quotes from his work.

For those interested in further information he has lots of references in his book to support his assertions. The bottom line is that the educators are being brainwashed in methods and attitudes that simply do not pass the scientific truth standard.  Thus, educators, Hirsh calls them a virtual army, are taught methods which do not work.  The extensive use of political correctness, ostracism and coercian within the education "fiefdom" prevents the educators from facing or even acknowledging the truth.
